Bill McLaughlin has extensive experience with many aspects of real estate law. He has successfully represented clients in quiet title / tangled title cases as well as partition and ejectment matters. He can also draft and record deeds in most counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Bill has handled well over a thousand landlord-tenant cases and other matters related to possession and ownership of real property in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He represents property owners, management companies, and individual landlords and tenants in residential and commercial properties. He offers direct representation on landlord-tenant trials and appeals as well as comprehensive advice and consultation on all landlord-tenant issues, including fair housing and anti-discrimination compliance. Bill is also experienced with Philadelphia zoning appeals, having served as a member of a local Registered Community Organization (RCO) and appeared numerous times on behalf of clients before the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA). |
